The Reindeer Games are special this year. They are the Olympic Reindeer Games.
The reindeer want to be Christmas Olympic stars. The elves are going to join in too. They all saw the Olympics on TV!

Well, I went to investigate and found out that the monster was not very scary at all. In fact it wasn’t even a monster.

With your great suggestions, I decided to try Scunner on another job.
I wanted him to double check the naughty and nice list. This is a VERY important job!
I made sure that he was in a room that had none of the things he was allergic to inside. I showed him the printer. I showed him the green pen for nice and the red pen for naughty.

You might remember Scunner did not do so well with the reindeer. I am still trying to find a new job for him here at the North Pole. Your ideas have been a great help.
Today was Scunner’s first day in his new job. He turned up at the stables at five in the morning wearing a pair of big work overalls.
The overalls were quite the sight. They had big candy cane straps and flying reindeer on them.
I could tell Scunner was excited to start his new job.
You might remember that I had a talk with poor old Scunner the Grumpy Elf. We found out that he might be allergic to Christmas. I was trying to think of a new job that he could do.

After Scunner scaring us all day yesterday we went to his party last night. What a fun time we all had. I went dressed as The Easter Bunny.
Phew!
We have all breathed a big sigh of relief. Do you remember me talking about Scunner? Do you remember how he asked me for a tumshie? Well thankfully we have found out what he means.
Well, I can hardly believe that we are nearly at the end of October already. We have all been very busy getting everything ready. We want Christmas to go smoothly after all! Less than 60 sleeps to Christmas and Halloween is just around the corner!
We are all very excited here. Even Scunner seems to be very happy at the moment. I am not sure why.

Happy New Year!
Oh, let me tell you about last night. We had all decided to give Scunner the grumpy Scottish elf a lovely big surprise. A few weeks ago, Kissy told me that he was homesick and that this was making him grumpy.

After flying all over the world on Christmas Eve, my sleigh is very dirty. So today, I took it to the North Pole Sleigh Wash. The elves worked hard to get it nice and clean.

Yesterday there was a big snowstorm at the North Pole. The elves worked hard all year to get the gifts ready. Now we are all stuck inside. So Mrs. Claus decided we should have some fun.

We put the sleigh away today. And just in time! A huge snow storm blew into the North Pole. The snow piled high on the roof. It even blocked half the windows. We could barely open the doors through the drifts of snow!
