Christmas Day 2012

One very tired Santa!
Ho! Ho! Ho! and Merry Christmas!
Well, the reindeer and I are very tired!
It was a very long night. But it was a very fun night!
I hope you had fun this morning too!

Santa Claus' sleigh is ready!
Christmas is so close. I can almost taste the cookies! Ho! Ho! Ho!
We are all ready for the big night.
There are just a few things to do.
Everyone else is sleeping.

The builder elves have been hard at work. They are putting together the sets for the upcoming Christmas show.
They built a fake fireplace and furniture for a pretend family room. Then they went home for the night. They were pooped!
I am a busy, busy guy. There are so many toys to make!
Mrs. Claus has been by my side forever. She understands how busy I am.
She does, though, ask for a little time each week. Just the two of us. Time that does NOT involve dolls or robots or stuffed animals!
What a day this has been! My new sleigh was finally ready for a test flight.
Scunner and Professor FumbleBumble have been working hard getting it ready.
Oh Boy, I am very excited today. Let me tell you why.
Scunner came to see me this morning. He looks so funny in his white lab coat. It is too long and all you can see below it are his big feet.
‘Santa, we have a surprise for you.’ He said with excitement.
I am in such a good mood today, even more than usual!
As you know I am a jolly happy man but today I am extra jolly and happy. Would you like to know why?
Everyone at the North Pole knows Mrs. Claus is the boss. She keeps the place running smoothly.
That’s why we gave her the day off.
It was the North Pole Olympics closing ceremony today. What a parade!
All of the elves were there! All of the reindeer were there! All of the medal winners were there!
And every seat in the arena was full. The crowd were cheering and clapping for everyone.
